Riesa’s mission has always been helping the client no matter what their issue or station in life is. Her main goal is helping you solve your health issues to live a happier life. Riesa is one of the top Energy Workers in the country & is at the highest level in Energy Medicine. She has a reputation for helping clients see results in a safe & caring manner. Riesa has been in practice for 29+ years.

Riesa was certified as a Montessori teacher in Evanston, IL in 1992. Shortly after the birth of her children, she began her first venture into alternative healing by attending a Reflexology seminar & going on to receive her Reflexology Certification in 1994 from the Progressive Reflexology Institute. The training was in response to her mother’s terminal diagnosis of cancer, and this opened her mind to the body & it’s interconnectedness.

Riesa had her own health challenges from age 20-40 & sought help. This is when she met her mentor, Dr. Bernie O. Finch, and entered the next realm of her functional medicine career. Dr. Finch’s work, Quantum Energetics Structured Technique (QEST), is specific to the client & tailored to address their own personal weaknesses. Riesa began as his client, but quickly morphed into a student, attending years of classes earning her Quantum Energetics Practitioner Certification in 1997, then her Quantum Energetics Master Practitioner Certification in 2002, until she reached the highest level in 2006, Doctor of Energy Medicine. She also student-taught many of Dr. Finch’s classes to further immerse herself in the work. She also went on to teach QEST to her own students multiple years.

QEST uses muscle testing to obtain feedback from your body, concerning the presence of any health stressors. The QEST Handbook has energy repairs for bone, ligament, & muscle as well as for swollen, congested glands & organs. QEST is an organized method with a standard order of execution. The goal is to get the client entirely thru the work, however, many clients also just come for specific issues & don’t go thru the whole QEST Handbook.

The clients who have successfully gone thru the QEST work with Riesa enjoy stability in their health & many benefits. She teaches them how to maintain that stability so that they can become more independent though nutrition & basic herbal care as Riesa has done thousands of nutritional programs for clients.

Riesa is also trained as a Reiki Master which furthered her understanding of energy transfer. In 2019, she trained with Dr. Anthony Smith in Couer D’Alene, ID in Crainial Biotic Technique (CBT). This is another energy method to help clear allergy, chemical sensitivities, & low grade infections. She will continue training with Dr. Smith to further this technique.

Since the beginning of her career, Riesa has attended thousands of hours of training, workshops, & conventions from the Chiropractic College of Minnesota, Nature Sunshine, NutriDyn, & Metagenics as well as thousands of hours of hands-on practice.
